Ni80Cr20

It has good oxidation resistance, high resistivity, non-magnetic properties, and good ductility. The maximum operating temperature is about 1200°C.

oCr21A14

The working temperature is about 1200-1300℃, the mechanical strength is better than 0Cr25Al5, it is easier to process, and the cost is lower than high chromium iron-chromium-aluminum alloy

0Cr25A15

The maximum operating temperature is 1400℃, the resistivity is high (1.4 μΩ·m), the corrosion resistance is strong, it is easy to deform at high temperature, and welding requires special technology

Ni60Cr15

Balanced nickel-based resistance alloy (Ni60%/Cr15%/Fe balance), non-magnetic, excellent oxidation resistance (1150℃), specially designed for commercial medium and high temperature electric heating equipment.

Ni60Cr16

Higher resistivity, lower cost (due to iron content), but slightly lower maximum operating temperature (about 1150°C), slightly less resistant to oxidation than 80/20, and can be slightly magnetic at high temperatures.

Ni35Cr20

Cost-effective iron-based nickel-chromium alloy (Ni35%/Cr20%/Fe balance) with high resistivity (1.35μΩ·m) and maximum operating temperature of 1050°C, suitable for low-temperature and low-cost heating scenarios.
